Our Team
Patrick Culbertson was born and raised in Greenville. He graduated from Greenville High School and the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in psychology. After college, Patrick worked in Columbia in retail management, then moved back to Greenville in 2007 and opened his own landscaping business. Patrick joined the firm in 2017 as the lead real estate paralegal. His psychology degree has come in handy, since he works closely with his sister and brother-in-law. In his spare time, Patrick can be found cruising around his neighborhood in a golf cart and giggling over his favorite internet dogs.

Heather has lived all over the South but decided to plant roots in Greenville in 2015. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a B.A. in Sociology. She began her career as a Foreclosure Paralegal but decided pretty quickly that she would rather help people find homes versus taking them away and has been a Real Estate Paralegal ever since. Heather is a great animal lover and in her spare time can be found curled up with her kitties and a good book. She also enjoys being out in nature and is grateful to be so close to wonderful hiking trails.
