Erin Culbertson
Erin is a Greenville native and a lifelong resident of South Carolina. Erin attended and graduated from Christ Church Episcopal School, then went on to Furman University, where she obtained a B.A. in English and Latin. She graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2000, and returned to Greenville. Erin practiced with Cecil Nelson for the first several years of her career, then opened her own law firm in 2007. Erin’s practice has always been based in real estate, but over the years, she has developed a strong litigation practice as well. Erin is committed to civil service in her community, and has previously served on the City of Greenville Board of Zoning Appeals and the Greenville County Redevelopment Authority. She currently serves on the S.C. Bar Ethics Advisory Committee and is a member of the 13th Circuit Resolution of Fee Disputes Board. Outside the office, you will likely find Erin with her nose buried in a book or talking endlessly about how great her dogs are. (For the record, her dogs are objectively great.)
J.J. Andrighetti
J.J. was raised in Greenville, South Carolina, graduated from Riverside High School, and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Newberry College. He graduated from Drake Law School in 2004 and returned to Greenville to begin his career. Since that time, J.J. has handled criminal, civil, domestic and probate matters in federal and state courts. Additionally, J.J. is an active member of the South Carolina and Greenville Bar, previously serving as a member of the House of Delegates and on the Greenville Law Week Committee. J.J. leads the firm’s civil litigation practice, with a particular focus on real estate/construction litigation, small business disputes, and professional licensing matters. J.J. also advises retailers, restaurants, brewers, and distillers on federal and state alcohol permit and license requirements. When not working, J.J. enjoys teaching his son not to make the exact same mistakes he made, yelling at squirrels eating his garden, or listening to his wife expatiate on the greatness of her canine children.
